The main goals of this huge redesign project were to be easy to use and reduce the amount of call center entries by providing direct access to information. The ambition was to become the best telecom website in Brazil. Amongst the various initiative I had the chance to collaborate with, it is worth mentioning the redesign of the main navigation system, defining usability tests, personna studies, visual guidelines and team leading.
The results include delivering a new portal to replace a 7 year-old one, communicating the new company's structure and relying on research and Experience Design techniques to ensure efficient user-centered designs. The new portal was adopted by or greately influenced other Latam Claro regionals.
